Biodiversa+ - Assistant manager for stakeholder engagement

Julia Bethe is a Stakeholder Engagement Assistant Officer at the European Biodiversity Partnership, Biodiversa+. She joined the team in January 2022 to work on the topic of stakeholders and support related activities, including science-society-policy interface activities and projects integrating biodiversity stakeholders.

 

Julia Bethe a multidisciplinary background, holding two bachelor’s degrees in history and biology and holds a master’s in science after studying sustainable development, in climate, land use and ecosystem services at AgroParisTech University. She previously worked at the international level on climate and nature nexus issues, specifically on international policies and actions for nature from the private sector, and later on youth engagement, focusing on nature-based solutions and the Post-2020 GBF.
