Louise Dupuis joined the FRB in June 2021 to carry out an assessment of the impact of government spending on biodiversity, in collaboration with the French Biodiversity Office. She is now in charge of the assessment of the leverage potential of the 3rd National Biodiversity Strategy (SNB3) measures. She is also producing a synthesis on the risks associated with the loss of biodiversity and ecosystem services.
Louise Dupuis graduated from Sciences-Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye, where she obtained a master’s degree in political sciences, and of AgroParisTech, where she obtained a master’s degree in environmental economics. She completed her master internship at the FRB, during which she carried out a comparative study on the natural areas taxation in Europe.
